Terms and Conditions for Dadu Game Pakistan

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Dadu Game" or "we" or "us" refers to the dadu game platform and its operating entity.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses or uses dadu game services.
• "Account" means a registered dadu game player account created through the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your dadu game account wallet, denominated in Pakistani rupees (PKR).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any sports bet, casino game round, Ludo entry, fishing game shot or other gaming transaction placed using account balance on dadu game.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits added to your account by dadu game, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PKR" means Pakistani rupees (Rs), the sole currency used on dadu game for all transactions.
• "RNG" means random number generator — the certified system used to determine outcomes in dadu game's casino and gaming products.
• "Verification" means identity or payment verification procedures required by dadu game before processing certain transactions.

2. Account Registration

To use real-money features on dadu game you must create a registered account. By registering, you confirm the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a company or third party.

3. Age Verification

Dadu game is a platform for adults aged 18 and above, without exception. We are committed to preventing underage access to gambling services and take this obligation seriously.

By registering on dadu game you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Dadu game may at any time request age verification documentation — this may include a copy of your CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

If it is established that a player was under 18 at the time of registration or at any point while using dadu game, the account will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and the deposited amount (minus any winnings) may be refunded. Winnings generated while underage will not be paid out under any circumstances.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dadu game account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number.

5. Deposits

Dadu game accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by dadu game, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Dadu game charges no deposit fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are separate and are not controlled by dadu game.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing from a payment account belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.

Refused or Reversed Deposits

6. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available balance (excluding any locked bonus funds pending wagering requirements) at any time through the dadu game cashier.

Processing Times

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same method used for your most recent deposit is preferred.

General Bonus Rules

For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 500 bonus means Rs 10,000 in bets must be completed using those bonus funds before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your dadu game wallet. Real money is used before bonus funds unless a promotion specifies otherwise.

9. Casino and Game Rules

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, software error, or server issue — the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. Dadu game is not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues on the player's end, including poor internet connectivity or device failure.

Disconnection During Live Games

For Ludo games and other multiplayer formats: if a player disconnects, the auto-move system will act on their behalf for up to three consecutive turns before they are removed from the room. Entry fees for disconnected players in real-money rooms are handled per the rules displayed in the relevant game section.

Game Disputes

If you believe a game outcome on dadu game was incorrect, contact support@dadugame.net within 72 hours of the disputed round. Include your account username, the date and time of the round, and a description of the issue. Dadu game will review game logs and respond within 5 business days.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dadu game and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in registering duplicate accounts.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with dadu game in ways that provide an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to support@dadugame.net immediately.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, collusion with other players, or coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or carry out any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Abusing bonus offers through bet hedging, stake manipulation or any technique that exploits promotion mechanics contrary to their spirit.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse deposits after using the funds for betting or gaming on dadu game.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

Dadu game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. We will attempt to provide advance notice except where circumstances — such as fraud investigation or security concerns — require immediate action.

Closure at Dadu Game's Discretion

Accounts may be closed or suspended where we have reason to believe the account holder has breached these Terms, provided false information, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal or reputational risk. In such cases, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) that is confirmed to be legitimate will be returned to the payment method on record after investigation.

Closure at the Player's Request

You may close your dadu game account at any time by contacting support@dadugame.net. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process it within one business day. Any remaining balance will be paid to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, subject to verification.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. Dadu game will attempt to notify you at your registered email or mobile number before applying any administrative fee to a dormant account. Administrative fees, if applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero.

12. Responsible Gaming

13. Limitation of Liability

• Dadu game is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure or circumstances beyond our control.
• Dadu game is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses in excess of the amount deposited during the transaction in question.
• Dadu game's total liability to any individual player for any single incident shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits dadu game's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be limited by law.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the dadu game platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game content and promotional material — is the intellectual property of dadu game or its licensed partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any dadu game content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of dadu game content may result in account closure and legal action.

The name "dadu game" and associated branding are proprietary. Use of the dadu game name or logo in any context without explicit written permission is prohibited.

15. Privacy and Data

Dadu game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

In summary: we collect only the data necessary to operate your account and process transactions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. 16. Amendments to These Terms

Dadu game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or prominent notice within the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of dadu game after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

The version of the Terms displayed on this page at any time is the current binding version. Previous versions are available on request from support@dadugame.net.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of dadu game that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration or the relevant competent jurisdiction.

Before escalating any dispute, we ask that you contact us at support@dadugame.net with full details. The majority of complaints are resolved at this stage, typically within 5 business days. Dadu game is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution.
